Account Creation
Follow these steps to set up your account:
- Check your email for an invitation to your company’s instance of pipIQ.
- Open the invitation and follow the prompts.
- Log in using your email address as your username and create a secure password.
💡 Pro Tip: Use a strong password with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols to protect your account.
Onboarding
After creating your account, pipIQ will walk you through a quick onboarding process:
Step 1: Profile Setup
- Enter your name
- Add your preferred nickname
- Select your role/position within the company
Step 2: Communication Preferences in pipIQ
- Choose how you’d like pipIQ to “speak” to you—tone, style, and personality.
- These settings customize your experience but can be changed anytime under your pipProfile.

💡 Pro Tip: If you’re not sure which communication style to pick, start simple. You can always adjust later within your pipProfile.
The Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base is the brain of your pipIQ instance. It works as both a document vault and the foundation for how pipIQ learns your business.
The information you upload directly shapes pipIQ’s responses, ensuring answers:
- Follow company policies
- Reflect your brand voice
- Support employee procedures
What to Upload
Examples of valuable documents include:
📘 Employee handbook
🎨 Brand/style guides
🗂 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
🌟 Mission, vision, and values
📑 Public Service Level Agreement (SLA)
📄 Marketing one-pagers & brochures
📊 Case studies (public versions)
❓ Product/service FAQs
📝 Glossary of company & industry terms
💡 Pro Tip: The more complete your Knowledge Base, the smarter and more aligned pipIQ becomes with your business.
Uploading Knowledge Base Content
Once your preferences are set, you’ll be prompted to upload documents for the Knowledge Base.
- Select the files you want to include.

- Categorize each file as one of the following:
- Policies
- Procedures
- Training

3. Select “Complete Knowledge Base Set Up.“ Then pipIQ will process and integrate the files.

✅ After processing, pipIQ will automatically start applying your company’s rules, guidelines, and content in its responses. Next, you’ll be prompted to either Customize and Manage your pipIQ instance, or begin using pipIQ. We highly recommend beginning with Customization and Management first.
