Communication Settings

PipIQ’s generative AI system is highly customizable—even down to the tone and style of responses it generates. Administrators can adjust both internal communication settings (for use within the company) and external communication settings (for responses intended for clients, partners, vendors, and other third parties).


To view your company’s communication settings, go to Company Admin > Communications.

Internal Communications

Administrators can configure how pipIQ communicates with the company by adjusting the Internal Communications settings. These settings control the tone and response style of pipIQ’s replies to end-user prompts and queries.


Internal Communication Tone

This setting determines the voice and tone of pipIQ’s responses across the company. It affects only internal communications—it does not influence external-facing communications. Adjusting this setting helps align pipIQ’s internal communication style with your company’s goals and culture.
