Onboarding

After creating your account, pipIQ will walk you through a quick onboarding process:

Step 1: Profile Setup

• Enter your name
• Add your preferred nickname
• Select your role/position within the company

Step 2: Communication Preferences in pipIQ

• Choose how you’d like pipIQ to “speak” to you—tone, style, and personality.
• These settings customize your experience but can be changed anytime under your pipProfile.
